Step 1: LOG IN USING YOUR CREDENTIALS
Access the NPCRS using your username and password
Step 2: SELECT “FOR OWN COR”
Click the “REQUEST A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION”. Confirm your request and click “YES” to be directed to the payment portal.
Step 3: PAYMENT AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION
Click the “PAY NOW” button. You will see the TRANSACTION NUMBER, PIC NAME,TRANSACTION TYPE and AMOUNT. Click the other “PAY NOW” button below to proceed to your payment.
After the payment transaction has been made and successful, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your payment.
Once the request has been processed by the approver, the status will change to “FOR PICK UP” and you will receive an email that your request will be available for pick up at NPC Office with the specified date.

Click the “ADD COR”. Select the appropriate tab based on the registration type (Public and Private Organization or Individual Professionals).
For Public and Private Organization:
Fill out the form with the NAME OF ORGANIZATION you are requesting and attach the NOTARIZED LETTER JUSTIFICATION.
For Individual Professionals:
Fill out the COMPLETE NAME (First, Middle and Last Name) and attach the NOTARIZED LETTER JUSTIFICATION.
NOTE: We only accept PDF File for NOTARIZED LETTER JUSTIFICATION.
Click “CONTINUE” and confirm your request and click “YES” to be directed to the payment portal.
Step 3: PAYMENT and EMAIL CONFIRMATION
Click the “PAY NOW”. You will see the TRANSACTION NUMBER, PIC NAME, TRANSACTION TYPE and AMOUNT. Once the payment is successful you will receive an email.
